Service advisor was very helpful and professional. Kept me informed about what was being done and always explains the work to be preformed. Excellent job.

Excellent service as usual. I had a low tire and they repaired it in less than 1 hr at no cost as the car was under warranty. I am very happy with the service from Palladino Honda.

Recall evaluation on 2014 CRV. Dropped keys in overnight box and car was ready when I arrived to pick up. Service Rep gave a good explanation of why the car was recalled and that no issues were discovered with the vehicle.
Courteous professional experience in dealing with customer service and Valet driverdwas delightful and on time. Will definitely return for service in future!
