I am very satisfied with the service at Palladino Honda.
The staff at Palladino Honda are very friendly and are doing their best to help their client's needs. If I were to purchase a car again, I would still choose Honda cars. Canada's most trusted brand.
I find the by yearly maintenance to be a bit expensive but I have had little problems mechanically with my vehicle. The shuttle service is also excellent and so far has worked well.
Fair service.....even though I have extended warranty still cost me...not entirely pleased
This is the second time I had a strut noise repaired because of using poor glue. This is the sixth time I had to return for rear howling noise. As it turned out the problem was uneven rear tire ware caused by a default in rear suspension design. I had to purchase new tires after only 40k in mileage. I don't fault the service staff but feel that I will have to return again after another 40k because the root cause of the tire ware is poor design and this was not addressed.
