Everyone I talked to was polite and knowledgeable.
The truck runs well after service, timing belt replacement, rear suspension repair etc.
The maintenance minder was not reset to 100%. (the second time this happened)
The inspection checklist accompanying the invoice/receipt was all marked as "not inspected".
I had a properly completed one emailed to me the next day.
My service with Honda was very good i had a few issues and they have been solved... happy to see that you guys pay attention to your customers needs and wants and cannot wait for my next appointment to see if the solutions have been put into place... Thank you HONDA

However everything was settled in a timely manner and I was happy with the service.

Something as simple as an oil change visit makes you feel part of the family at Palladino's Honda...even after seven years of problem free service and maintenance on this Odyssey, it simply doesn't get any better.
