The staff were polite, however, the vehicle was dirty on the exterior and filthy on the interior. It appeared as if the vehicle had not been cleaned in months.

After booking a week in advance, to make sure we would get a vehicke. We were informed that morning that there was no vehicle available there but we could drvie to another location 20 km away and pick one up there. We were offered no compensation and were told that the vehicle could not be dropped at the original outlet and had to be brought back to the inconvenient store.. Terrible customer service, why would I be back

Vehicle windshield was really dirty noticed it at nite couldn’t see .
Nobody showed me any of the vehicles features just looked for scratches and dents and there was quite a few all in all not happy with this vehicle

pricing was different from the location vs on line
