Purchased a new 2016 Volt at this dealership despite living in Mississauga. The whole team I was in contact with was very professional throughout the sales process. Especially Brian was helpful working out the details of the deal. They were not pushy and willing to accommodate my timing issues. When picking up the car Brian was well prepared, documents easy to review and he even marked up the books for the most important features. Car was delivered clean, full tank of gas and battery fully charged. Also after getting the car the dealership and Brian followed up to make sure I'm fully satisfied. Overall a positive buying experience and most importantly I'm extremely pleased with the 2016 Volt.
Every staff member was amazing. Right from reception all the way to financing. Even sales staff other than the one we were dealing with were engaging and helpful. One even went out of her way to entertain my 8 & 9 year old while we were doing paper work.
Even after all the papers were signed we got a call from financing that they found an even better deal for us.
Each time I purchase a vehicle at OMS it gets better and better.Loved the experience and will definitely return again.
P.S. Nobody believes the great deal I got on my truck
The people were friendly and came out to greed us has soon has we got there. Treated us with nothing but respect until and beyond we pick up our truck. Call a couple weeks after to see how we were liking the truck and making sure everything was to our liking.
