Took the truck to Milltown Motors in Elliot Lake, they did not fix it and suggested I take it back to where I purchased it. OMS fixed the truck and gave Me many options as to what I wanted. Also provided Me with a vehicle for the afternoon.
I was carefully listened to by Mr. Dion and never felt pressured. Mr. Dion spent many hours with me and went over all aspects of the car as well as the financing. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed. We test drove the car and all the features and options of the car were explained to me in detail and shown to me in the car. (eg Onstar, seat positions, trunk, electronics, wifi, etc).
I was introduced to the staff members and managers at OMS and to the person who would be involved in servicing my car. A very friendly, warm bunch at Ontario Motor Sales.

When it came time to finalizing the deal all the paperwork was ready and we signed all the necessary documents etc. very quickly.
