was really happy about my experience with Ontario motors John took great care to explain everything!

I felt I was a valued customer. Waiting rooms, bathroom everything was very clean. The shuttle men very personable. John kept me in the loop. Didn't feel any pressure he helped me make an informed decision.

Completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism provided by the sales and service teams at OMS!

John picked up my vehicle from my place of employment, finished the necessary repairs and returned it back to my workplace, just before I finished my shift. Thank you John!! Thanks to Cecil Baker for sharing his professionalism and knowledge since the 80s!

I always deal with John Turner whenever I need service because he is quick, thorough and considerate of my time and needs.

John is my go-to guy. He explained it was busy but got me in quickly. The mechanic fixed the problem and I was out in no time with a freshly washed vehicle. Great service.

I was very pleased and completely satisfied

I had my truck in for its annual Diamond-Kote inspection and I had it detailed while is was there. The truck was looking l brand new inside and out when I picked it up. Thanks

John Turner

Excellent service, best representative in unit. Because of his knowledge and professional attitude he advised me that i had an extended warranty and all that would be required is a small deductable. He also was able to provide me with the information i asked for about the part i needed an estimate the cost. His service was made up for the very poor service i received from another representative when i went in the day before. I asked the same questions and was told i couldn'T get an estimate until the car was checked. I was not advised about the warranty and because of the poor service went somewhere else to get an estimate. I will only deal with John in the future.
