Routine service appointment plus recall processing - all satisfactory
Questions always answered fully (re tires in this case). Service prompt, reflecting an overall attitude of providing customer satisfaction. Left with the impression that things are 'handled right'.

My Chevy Cruze has always had an issue with leaking antifreeze.
I stopped into the dealership early Saturday morning and John had my vehicle repaired before the end of the day and was covered by warranty which I was not aware of until John brought it to my attention.
I have never had a bad experience at OMS and would recommend them to anyone.
I only wish the vehicle was as reliable as John and the service department of OMS

I have had several problems with my vehicle plus two recalls. John Turner has always worked with me to solve these problems to my satisfaction and to make sure mr recalls were righted as quickly as it was possible.
Great service and none of the run-around... OMS just does it.
I had my Chev HHR SS Ignition replaced through the recall and was fast and perfect. Also had some other work done on other occassions (front pads and rotors replaced, belt replaced, wipers replaced, a GMPP tune.) All done with my satisfaction and a free car wash to boot! OMS service department is the only place to go to get your vehicle pampered. No one else will do.
