Handled professionally and on time with minimal waiting time
had an oil change and wanted tire pressures checked and filled where necessary because low tire light on. When I got car back the tire pressure light still on so went back into see John and he had problem resolved within minutes and I was on my way.
All OMS staff that I have dealt with from customer service to jitney van driver are excellent
I would have rated this a 5 except for the fact that twice now my windshield washer has not been filled although it was ticked off. The second time was the day after the service it was a snowing and roads were slushy - I had only a small amount of washer fluid and had to pull over to clean my window, fortunately I had an extra bottle in the trunk.
If this had only happened once I would have dismissed it as an oversight but the second time was a little frightening.
Other than the foregoing I have only had good things to say about OMS.
Service & warranty... He goes the extra mile to make customers satisfied.
Best service person I've ever dealt with in the after market. As a former GM employee who worked on future product, there isn't any person that personifies & promotes your business more than Mr. Turner. As long as he is employed at OMS I will always be your customer.....!
