I was bringing my newly purchased used vehicle in for some repairs (which were done prior to my picking up the vehicle, but not to my satisfaction). (a mirror replacement - instead of replacing the mirror - they put a replacement piece on top of the old mirror) In hindsight I shouldn't have accepted the vehicle, but I was so unhappy with the way it looked I agreed to have a new mirror installed (at my expense). The treatment at the service department was excellent and the ride to and from my house appreciated. I also had noticed the bulb out on the vehicle when I brought it home after purchasing it and mentioned it to the service dept. who were kind enough to reach out to the used car dept. and get it replaced at no cost.

We have had nothing but great experiences dealing with the service techs at Ontario Motor Sales. Appointments are available when needed and full explanations given when more than basic oil change service is required.
