PROCESS WAS QUICK, SHOULD HAVE MORE EXPLAINATION ON THE PROTECH PRODUCT
Tim was very polite and efficient. I wish the trade was better financially. I loved the GMC Sierra, it was very clean. the cost for the Protech product was very expensive, was never mention to me, knowing now I would have it done somewhere else and not as detailed. the warranty also wasn't explain very much.

The price of the product should have been presented to you prior to completing the paperwork and was noted as a line item on the bill of sale. My experience is already well known by the staff and do not wish to rehash it since regardless of how I don’t feel satisfied with my experience I do not carry enough clout or significance to such a large dealership that anything would be done. In fact I’m sure the staff blame me for my own experience.

Unfortunately I believe this was just an oversight on the options when the vehicle was purchased; all of the specs were provided prior to the sale and you did not realize that they were not there until after your purchase. Unfortunately after the sale there is very little we can do without charging for the additional features. The garage and the service staff was the only purely positive part of the process. Pothiers kept me sane when the insurance companies gave me the loop du loop.
