The car wasn't properly prepared for sale and we pointed things out two times, stains on the dash, and took pictures . The service lady wouldn't even look at the pictures to see what we were talking about or even go LOOK at the stains on the dash until we talked to the assistant manager. We then waited for 3 hours for something that should have been done before the car was delivered. which was fixed after talking to John's son. The salesman was very good until we signed the papers for the car and after that it appeared he didn't have time for us. Management , John and son were excellent but the salesman ans service lady didn't seem to care about their customers.
Surprisingly smooth, easy, and really quite exiting!
Loving the truck and the experience each day. Feel like a kid with a new toy...a Hemi though. lol I certainly will be back and I am talking it up to my friends and work mates.
Bought truck in late December and the dealer removed the trailer mirriors from truck....they did not till me....get in truck to drive home notice mirrors not the right ones......here it is mid February and still do not have right mirrors.......not happy at all

Hi Neil, I am sorry you felt that you had a negative experience. It was a used vehicle and the mirrors were removed and a credit applied to the vehicle for them months before you purchased it. Tim brought it to my attention and I offered to install a set of aftermarket trailer tow mirrors here that are nearly identical to the originals. If you would like we can still install these mirrors or wait until a used vehicle comes in that has trailer tow mirrors and switch them for you. not happy at all with the service done on both cars
I traded in two cars and got two newer cars. the 2012 Chrysler 200 and a 2012 Dodge Durango. Both cars were in for service a few times and are still not fixed. three times I took the Chrysler 200 in because my breaks were squealing and they are still the same. my lights are not working properly either. the Dodge Durango still has a light on that needs servicing. the vehicle still has a Kernville Chrysler sticker on it. I have another complaint about the Durango. get ahold of me and it would be easier for me to tell you. not happy at all with the service after the purchase.
