Staff were polite and friendly. Appointment was early in the morning and service department was ready and accomplished the task efficiently in less time than quoted. They made sure I understood how to operate the new device but made it clear that if there were any questions / concerns I could come in and clarify. Also they checked an unrelated concern I had identified and as a result put my mind at ease. So far I have been pleased with any interactions I have had with the service dept. at Palladio Mazda!

My Mazda dealership is the best! They can always accommodate my busy schedule for when my car needs service. The staff is always very welcoming and informative. They always go above and beyond my expectations.
The salesperson was great at answering any questions that I had. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the staff spent some time with me to explain how to use the different options in my vehicle. Which was great.
