I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I am from out of town so I was very happy to be provided with a service car. This gave me the flexibility to go shopping and do errands.
The employee that served me at the front desk was very informative as well and even showed me how to re-torque my tires.

Don't know about the mechanics. I dropped off my car, the shuttle brought me to visit my mom and picked me up at the specified time, and my vehicle was ready as promised when I returned. It works well. I'm happy.
