Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
My vehicle was in for a reapplication of paint protector after an accident and body shop repair. Also it’s second oil change. I was most pleased with the service - I was able to get in promptly after the body repair, and combine the previously scheduled oil change - saved me having to return a second time! I was also provided a loaner vehicle so the whole thing really did not interrupt my routine for the day! Bonus!! And I received a free alignment with the poor condition of our roads cited as prompting roactive action if necessary. Again I am very happy with the service and interaction with all the staff at Mazda Sudbury. Apart from loving my new car, I always feel I’m being treated with respect and friendliness. (Although this was sent to Peter, my spouse, the car belongs to me - Patricia. As a woman I am duly impressed by the treatment I receive when I have appointments or inquiries at Mazda.)

came in with a weird clunking sound coming from rear of vehicle, and although they weren't able to find anything wrong they told me everything they checked and offered to go for a ride with me to see if it is still making the noise. I don't hear it anymore (might have just been ice build up) but now i have peace of mind knowing everything is functioning properly.

Amazing service from every single person from start to finish.
The level of knowledge of each person we dealt with was exceptional. We looked at other vehicles and the approach taken by everyone of the employees at Mazda we encountered was unmatched. From the moment we walked in the door to the time the papers were signed and we drove off the lot I was reminded how proud we are to continue being a part of the Mazda family. Incredible professionalism was evident, but you also took the time to acknowledge and welcome our girls. That speaks volumes to the kind of place that Palladino Mazda is!! We are absolutely thrilled!
