The salesman, Mike, was very friendly and informative about my new purchase. He set me up with one of the lot vehicles for the weeks when I didn't have a vehicle of my own as they waited for mine to arrive at the dealership. All around great service.

Sent me and my kids home in a vehicle the mechanic knew there was something wrong with. When asked about it “it wasn’t on the work order”. I have since got rid of that vehicle and bought new elsewhere.
We were in the market for a new vehicle at the time, this situation cost you (and our amazing sales representative Matt D) a new vehicle sale.
