Originally, I was apprenticing as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, I realized very quickly it wasn't for me. While I was bartending part-time to make extra money I met a fella in the car industry, he told me I should try it. One day after having enough at my Heavy-duty mechanic job, I pushed my tools to the closest dealership and asked for a job. My dad was not pleased, to say the least, he had bought me all my tools and thought I should finish my apprenticeship. My First month I sold 6 cars and I was hooked I loved my new job. My dad came around when he realized how much I was enjoying it. 23 years later, I still love what I do.
I was given an opportunity to try management I did that for quite a while. Then when I got married and started a family, I decided to go into sales again, although I enjoyed management I missed that part of really getting to know your customers and giving them the best buying experience I could. I take pride knowing I have done my absolute best in giving my customers a positive happy experience. Buying a vehicle should be fun and exciting. My motto is to exceed my customers' expectations. I get great satisfaction having repeat customers that refer all their friends and family to me whether I am in a management or sales.
I have been with Chrysler for 15 years I love and believe in this product! I drive it myself, I am happy to say all our family, and friends do too. I feel very fortunate and excited to have an opportunity to be a part of Leduc Chrysler it has a great team. I admire their integrity and drive to give customers what they want and what they deserve great deals and a long-term service experience.
What drives me and gives me satisfaction is when customers leave happy and excited about their purchase and the experience they had.

Cannot say enough good things about Brad. My past dealings with other Chrysler Dodge dealerships left me doubting whether they had my best interest at heart and if I should attend a local Ford dealership and make the switch - Insert Brad here! My experience purchasing my new truck was phenomenal and it started with Brad but quickly made me realize this high quality service resonated throughout all departments at Leduc Chrysler. Natalia only further solidified this. She was awesome and completely transparent, working hard for my best interest. The service department personnel have been really great and easy to deal with and leave me believing my truck is in good hands. I now recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking to purchase a new vehicle. The staff were transparent and easy to work with from start to finish
I was extremely happy with the service provided it was no pressure. The staff answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I got the truck I wanted for a great price.
Bought a new ram rebel. Whole process went smoothly. Am very happy and satisfied with the experience I got while I was there. I flew from Saskatchewan to get the truck.

Bought a new vehicle from Brad Macdonald I had the best service I have ever had buying a new vehicle! He was not pushy, he was honest and laid out all my options and recommendations! I ended up factory ordering and Brad was even patient with all my texts during the lengthy wait. They lose one star not for Leduc or their people but for Chrysler in generals lengthy build time. It took 5-6 months for my truck to come. Granted it is during Covid but still seems very lengthy. But props to Brad he kept me posted on every status update there was and updated the eta. Also the finance manager Natalia was excellent she as well was open and honest about packages and explained everything thoroughly! Both Brad and Natalia also provided a deal for me being in EMS and I know they do for all emergency services as their thanks and it is so greatly appreciated! The whole car buying process was fantastic and would definitely recommend them for any purchase!
