I'm Brad McDonald born and raised in Kamloops BC. I followed my two older siblings out to Edmonton shortly after graduating. Originally, I was apprenticing as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, I realized very quickly it wasn't for me. While I was bartending part-time to make extra money I met a fella in the car industry, he told me I should try it. One day after having enough at my Heavy-duty mechanic job, I pushed my tools to the closest dealership and asked for a job. My dad was not pleased, to say the least, he had bought me all my tools and thought I should finish my apprenticeship. My First month I sold 6 cars and I was hooked I loved my new job. My dad came around when he realized how much I was enjoying it. 23 years later, I still love what I do.
I was given an opportunity to try management I did that for quite a while. Then when I got married and started a family, I decided to go into sales again, although I enjoyed management I missed that part of really getting to know your customers and giving them the best buying experience I could. I take pride knowing I have done my absolute best in giving my customers a positive happy experience. Buying a vehicle should be fun and exciting. My motto is to exceed my customers' expectations. I get great satisfaction having repeat customers that refer all their friends and family to me whether I am in a management or sales.
I have been with Chrysler for 15 years I love and believe in this product! I drive it myself, I am happy to say all our family, and friends do too. I feel very fortunate and excited to have an opportunity to be a part of Leduc Chrysler it has a great team. I admire their integrity and drive to give customers what they want and what they deserve great deals and a long-term service experience.
What drives me and gives me satisfaction is when customers leave happy and excited about their purchase and the experience they had.

Not often the vehicle buying experience is enjoyable, too often you are left underwhelmed & feeling abused. This has all changed for me after dealing with Brad, Natalia & the staff at Leduc Chrysler. Never have I had a salesman be as straight forward & say "we can do that" or say no but be totally transparent why. He stepped up big time. Natasha was very thorough, explained what was the best path & again no running you around trying to up sell products. My test for customer satisfaction is always would you buy here again? I would answer yes plus will be telling friends.

They were very helpful, fast and enjoyable to deal with. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything i didn't want. They helped me get what i wanted. I will recommend them for sure. Purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite. Process from the 1st email to leaving with my vehicle was awesome! Very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Willing to take the time to answer all my questions with everything. From sales, financing dept and the final go through before leaving was great.
