I've been trying to get my jeep fixed since March 2020 it is now June of 2020 I called the dealership to make sure they had the part and they guaranteed me they had the part in stock so I booked an appointment to get my Jeep in to get repaired and every time I book my Jeep in to get it fixed I get there and they tell me they didn't have the part that it needed to be ordered. This happened three times once I got my Jeep in to be repaired I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours so I waited because I had other appointments I had to get to 3 hours later my jeep was finally done but by that time I was already late for my medical appointment which means I had to pay for a missed appointment as well as me being bumped to the bottom of the list for a very important medical procedure I found that the service advisor was very rude condescending and very unprofessional I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated and the time it took to get my jeep fixed very unacceptable.
From the moment I can in this morning I was greeted by your young gentleman who put protective covering inside my vehicle and helped me unload my tires from the back of my truck. Nadine, awesome, checked me in.
Return to pickup my vehicle and tires that were in the bay where I could just drive thru and get..
All of it just seemed so easy and everyone so polite and helpful..

This was not the first time I’ve had excellent service and experience and I’m sure it won’t be my last.
I took my car for a regular oil change and to check the stop/start system that wasn't working, they discovered an oil leak during the oil change. Nadine contacted the extended warranty and they said the stop/start system repair was not covered, that was different to what Chad (finance manager) told me when he sold me the warranty, he said I was covered with the same coverage as my original warranty for the 7 years (it was an expensive warranty), I talked to your sales manager about it and they took me to the finance department, they figure it out with service and decided to take care of the cost for me to keep Chad's words, I have to say that I am glad I went to your dealership because you kept your word.
The only reason I didnt give you the 5 stars this time is because when I picked up the car after the repair, the gear stick and steering wheel were quite grease, and the car inside and out had a strong smell of oil, my entire garage had that oil smell next morning. I cleaned the stick and the steering wheel. Next morning I took the car again to the dealership to replace my windshield, I told them about the odor, when I picked up the car in the afternoon, they told me that it was oil residues and they cleaned it, the smell is not as bad now but once again, the steering wheel and gear stick were grease.

3 stars to the shop guy who drove the car the last two days with no regard of the grease hands.
