Wanda went above and beyond helping me after I found out my warranty had just expired.My truck is being repaired at no charge thanks to the goodwill of Eastside dodge I really do appreciate that. My only bad experience I had was when I had to deal with the assistant service manager Derrick, this is the second time I had to deal with him he seems to have a chip on his shoulder which made for an unpleasant conversation, he needs better people skills.
