This was our best experience with an auto salesman. Dallas patiently reviewed features of the HRV and spent as much time as we needed to make our decision. We will recommend Sherwood Honda to others.
Software upgrade for radio was not available for 2017 Civic
Customer Service reps were courteous and tried to help. I purchase 2017 Civic coupe May 26, 2017. I have not been able to use my car phone since the purchase. Car does not link to blackberry or iPhone.
Purchased a minivan (which isn't fun) but everyone was great and I don't feel like I was "taken."
Staff was excellent, the selection and details were great, communication was okay, the deal was great and we feel good about the whole process. The van is excellent although not very comfortable. Thanks for everything, I have already recommended Sherwood Honda to friends and colleagues.
Salesman was great but the finance department needs training
Although we paid cash we still had to go through the finance department for all the paperwork. They where nice people but require further training. We had to have bill of sale rewritten because they had the wrong price and conditions of sale. When we went to pick up vehicle we had to get final bill revised because they were not aware of the Honda automatic warranty transfer or the in store warranty offered by dealership
