I was degraded & treated inappropriately by almost all staff until I got management involved.
My salesman treated me horribly & never followed up with me on my purchase. I am the one that notified my salesman that I had been sent the wrong bill of sale of another vehicle which wasn’t mine to give to my insurance to even get the vehicle. Financing staff had lied to me & gave me the wrong paperwork to register my vehicle. The fact is that I basically dealt with all of Management to be able to even buy the vehicle as nothing right was given to me. They always had excuses & was very demeaning towards myself & partner during my purchase. No words can describe how shitty they had made me feel about my second purchase of a brand new vehicle, it was not at all a pleasurable experience like I had previously had in my hometown of NB. I will never return or recommend this dealership or services to anyone I know.
