Vehicle delivery not up to previous experiences at Sherwood Honda
Vehicle cargo cover was ordered but not installed prior to delivery. I called the day of delivery to ensure it would be installed and was assured it would be taken care of and ready to go when I arrived. The dealer did try to install it when I arrived at 5 but were unable to without possible damage to the side panels. The individual tire pressure monitor readings were not all the same. Disappointed that these things weren't taken care of before delivery when I was heading our on a major road trip the next day.
Good staff, offers, customers service, nice place to buy vehicle. treating nicely and respectively their customers. did not find any better place than here.
Came for service in sept 2017 they said they will order the parts so we told them because we don’t live in Edmonton we will come when we come in for next oil change.....called feb 2018 to see if we can come in for the parts which needs to be changed and no one had any idea .....you got to be kidding me what a crap service you guys have .....they already made mistake on ordering wrong colour for our brand new vehicle
Positive experience without pressure from salesmen.
I specifically liked the helpful but non-pressure approach from my salesman. He was very helpful when I had questions but did not try to push anything on me.
