Everything was excellent about the service. The only complaint I have is that when I went to pick up my vehicle it was left unlocked sitting on the lot. Being that we don’t clean our vehicle out when we take it in, we hope that nothing would get stolen by employees but if it is left unlocked on the lot who is to say other customers wouldn’t take the opportunity.

Basically I knew I wanted an HRV, discussed the options, chose what would suit me. I was taken for a short test drive and details were worked out. Staff was patient with me as I had 2 family members advising me and needed to talk to them through the process. I love my new HRV and am grateful for the guidance I received from staff along the way.
