I had many questions about purchasing and driving my new vehicles as I met with the Sales person, financer, manager and "Bob. I gained insight about the process of purchasing a vehicle that met my current needs. The staff I encountered were easy to talk to, fun and we shared a few laughs. They were knowledgeable, respectful and eager to please. I have talked to a friend recently who is looking for a car and referred her to Honda Dealership and told her that no one hounded me as soon as I walked into the dealership, when I had questions I approached Dylan who was free and eager to assist.
We first arrived at the dealership late on a Sunday afternoon, and Dylan stayed late to help us start our search. He was polite, friendly and helpful throughout, despite the fact that we were probably not the easiest customers to satisfy.

Dylan may be just starting out in car sales, but his knowledge of the product and his enthusiasm made this the most agreeable car buying experience I have ever had. He was courteous, was willing to spend whatever time it took to make sure we understood features of the vehicle we were interested in, and although keen, we did not feel he applied any unpleasant pressure to close the deal. Dylan was efficient without being unduly pushy, something we very much appreciated. We also appreciated his willingness to make himself available to us, even after hours, if we had any questions.
