Carolyn is the best, she remembers me every time I come in for any kind of service. She is always smiling and ready to help me with any questions, or concerns I may have!! You should give that girl a raise. :D

I bought my first Honda in 1996 and have had great succsess with both my cars. The service at Sherwood Honda is always reliable. Because of staff member, Carolyn Lauinger who makes appointments and works at the service desk , it is always a pleasurable experience. She is patient, respectful and friendly. I always feel confident when I drop my car off.
