I had an appointment for a regular service first thing in morning. I was promised my vehicle within 2hrs and the service department delivered. The customer service at Sherwood Honda is the best I have experienced. They do the little things like washing your vehicle. Customer service is a priority at Sherwood Honda and you can definitely see and feel it.
I continue to enjoy the experience of going to Sherwood Honda with the staff being able to know my needs, give a prompt turnaround and offer assistance before I ask. The staff offer not only what I ask for, but will offer suggestions for future needs.
May change vehicles but I will not be changing where I get excellent customer service.
I'm a longtime customer of Sherwood Honda, during my last service visit I told Carolyn I was unable to pick up my car as unable to drive due to medical issues and needed to wait for a friend to help me.Carolyn went above and beyond and arranged for me to pay over the phone and arranged for my CRV to get delivered to the house. Exceptional service.
