3rd visit regarding multiple system warning messages triggered by wet conditions

Unscheduled service first thing Monday morning. Staff kept me informed of progress/outcome/go forward action. Actual duration from arrival to departure exceeded original estimate and updated estimate when problem identified. Identified problem (mice chewing harness) allowing moisture into electronics thereby triggering warnings, if correct, renews my confidence in the 2016 Pilot somewhat. Since then cruise has returned to slowing down when approaching vehicles to pass them. This particular problem started with vehicles on the left side, attempted corrections moved problem to vehicles on the right side, subsequent corrections worked for all except sometimes large vehicles on the right triggered slowdown - since Monday it seems to happen regularly with all sizes of vehicles on the right.

The service department has greatly declined over the past 10 years. Example: timing belt may need to be replaced based on age and mileage. Well, can you not look at it and tell me if it is worn out.

Carolyn is THE best service advisor - always great service from her, but there are so many new people and the service they provide is not up to par.

My opinion of Sherwood Honda

I have never had a bad experience dealing with Sherwood Honda. From the time I bought my vehicle to bringing in for maintenance work. Great auto dealership and great people.

Service always comes with a smile.

I went in for the first service on my Ridgeline. It was inpromtue and the service desk got me fixed up very quickly, professionally and with a smile, nice.
