Looks like your service quality is degrading each time I visit you. The previous scheduled service, my tires were said to have been rotated, but it had not been done and I had to pay for it.
The most recent time, I specifically asked for my tires to be rotated as it was not done on my previous visit. This time it was rotated, but there was damage done to my aluminum wheels. In addition, 3 of the 4 tires were inflated, one wasnt.
I am not sure what is going on at your end but if your service isnt up to standard for a dealership on my next visit, I will have to start going elsewhere. I really hope you show some improvement on my next visit as it may be my last.
Always pleasant staff,. They greeted me and were helpful .I did wait longer than I had thought the appointment would take.Had a pleasant driver who took me to a place to wait.

I am treated fantastic and the staff is great. They wash my vehicle and the pricing is very fair every time I go. Every department I come in contact with is well run. i would certainly buy a vehicle from Sherwood Honda and have it serviced there.
