This is the second vehicle I've bought from cold lake Chrysler. We recently purchased a new 2019 Pacifica now. With Tasha and the sales teams help, the process was really smooth. Tasha was patient with my many questions and requests. She and the team were very professional and transparent with everything. I havent driven a car out of a dealership since I was 21 and Im turning 50 this year so you can imagine how scary I felt having to do that again after so many years. I was really dreading walking into a car dealership because of the stigma that goes with them. I went into Cold Lake Chrysler and was extremely impressed. They gave me a great pay out for my trade in and got me into a vehicle that I love for an awesome price with a low interest rate! I highly recommend talking to Tash Blais if you want this too!
First experience with a dealership as previous vehicle purchase were always private sales. Not knowing what to expect from a dealership, as you always hear mixed reviews. Well my experience was amazing! !! I had Tash as a sales rep. She is an awesome and down to earth person. All the employees at this dealership are amazing! They make you feel like your family. They go over and above the normal customer service. Thank you Tash for helping us find a new "baby" and all the extras you have done for us! We will be using your dealership for years to come! I will be recommending Tash and Cold Lake Chrysler to everyone I know! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the amazing and personable customer service!!
