I have an amazing little family that I love to spend all my time with. I also enjoy sports, weight lifting, holistic health and nutrition.
I was impressed with the prompt response to my online inquiry, and they were ready to work with my schedule in order to provide the service I was interested in. I think there was a glitch with the online credit application, which was not ideal as it seemed like they had poor internal communication, but that got cleared up. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, no high pressure sales tactics.
What a great experience! The team educated us on all aspects of the vehicle we had selected and were great to work with! We felt that we were treated fairly and appreciated that they worked with us to prepare a deal that we were comfortable with. I big shout out to Tasha who insured we were informed about all steps in the purchasing process and stuck with us from start to finish.
We got what we wanted with a lower payment. She went above and beyond to find something that was right for us.

We had been long time customers of Cold Lake Chrysler but had two bad experiences with a specific salesperson. We then chose to go elsewhere for our next few vehicle purchases.
When it came time to purchase a new 1500 Dodge Ram we decided to call Cold Lake Chrysler because of convenience. I am very happy we did. Our sales person Tasha showed us exactly what we were in the market for. She made the process very quick and easy. It was a pleasure to return and shop local. I would highly recommend calling Tasha Blais if you are looking to make a vehicle purchase. Here’s looking forward to continued happiness with the service department.
