service on my SUV - tech work was good but service desk needs improvements
I want to highlight the the technician did good work on my SUV. I was happy with the repairs. What I wanted to mention that can be improved is the service desk approach to telling me what service will be done and when; 1) when I make an appointment on-line it is actually not at the time I indicated; it means I might get service before the end of the day. 2) I would like to avoid being pressured to change / replace things that do not need changing like brake fluid which I changed less than a year ago in my last full maintenance service. Also being told my warranty will be void if I do not do many things on a new SUV.

I had an oil change, & my summer tires put on. I was very surprised that they inspected the car, & then washed it. I was very impressed. It didn’t take that long, ether. Very satisfied.
They accommodated me on short notice, answered all my questions and suggested me on options. They made sure I was comfortable with the service choices I made.
