Got my crank case changed on my 2018 GLC300 because of the harsh Winter we had. I dealt with Sylvia Ranger and dealth with her in the past also. She is great! Everytime that I deal with her it's straight forward. I feel like if someone deserves to be employee of the month, it's her. Again, good serivce

I was looked after promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner.
Winter Tires were replaced with summer tires that were already on their rims. Tire pressure adjusted and torqued. Very pleased to have winter tires stored there saving me from heavy loading and unloading. All done within the hour and enjoyed a cup of coffee while watching TV.

brake and cooling system repair. Time to complete the work was overly long and not finished at the time promised. Staff were courteous however knowledge of the reasons for and consequences of the work was not as complete as should have been.

the service staff were very pleasant and helpful in describing my vehicle's condition. It was very surprising how much more the bill was according to the estimate. overall, I love the people that take care of me. Keep up the great work.
Brought car in to fix a simple problem. They did not have the parts to fix it right away. Had to buy the parts in advance and rebook for another appointment. Still waiting for them to fix it.
A dealership that does not carry spare parts to fix your car is called a USED CAR DEALERSHIP. Don't buy a car here you will regret it.
