I have had the pleasure of purchasing three vehicles from BMW London and have had excellent experiences each time. The sales person this most recent time, Charles Scrooby, was well informed about the vehicles available, readily provided information on each to allow for comparisons, ensured the various used vehicles test driven were ready at the door for driving, regularly asked if there were any questions and was able to respond to each, negotiated fairly, and when picking up the purchased vehicle took time to show all the vehicle's features, including assisting with setting some initial features and pre-sets. I would highly recommend Charles to others.
