Winter tires installed. Courtesy shuttle to & from my location . The shuttle driver was very polite and returned on time to take me back to pick up my car.
Sean, the Service Manager, created top level service. He helped find a solution to our emergency and stayed with the process even beyond regular hours. Special kudos to management for keeping extra tires on hand for urgent and emergency situations. Sean turned what began as a worrying situation for us into an opportunity for the high-level customer service that long-time BMW customers like us have appreciated over the years. Bravo.
