Andrew and Jess in service were already going above and beyond the usual to help me with parts and servicing on my car, but ended up introducing me to Ben as I was also considering trading in and spending a bit more to get one of my dream “toys”. Ben gave me a fair trade value and sourced the vehicle I was looking for at a better price than any competitors. I wasn’t sure whether to pay in cash or look at finance options, but Stephanie in finance was able to provide a term with (very) low enough interest it made more sense to finance rather than cash. Ben also arranged window tint (and everything else needed) within 1 day, so delivery would be timed perfectly for my day off and rare dry winter weather. There were some non-negotiable fees involved, but customers should know they will try to bring the purchase price to lower than anyone in Canada. This was a positive and fun experience overall from a team of car enthusiasts who also really care about customers and want them to return. You can tell this is a workplace where they want everyone to enjoy themselves and not take things too seriously, which is one of the several reasons I would gladly give them a shot at my business again in the future. Becoming a family of four really changed a lot of things for us - one being our vehicle. I bought my dream car from Ben a few years ago and sadly had to trade it in for something more accommodating of multiple car seats and soccer mom status. Although I was sad to see my baby go, Ben and his team made it the easiest, most seamless process. We were shocked at how fair the trade in value was, along with the entire negotiation process. We knew we would be taken care of having done this process with Ben before, but we were really blown away this time! On a more personal note, knowing Ben for a number of years, it’s really cool to see how he has grown as a business man and a person. He treats his team and his clients with nothing but love and respect. We hope you continue to flourish with your endeavours!!!

I have bought my last 2 trucks through Ben, I will continue to make a point to purchase my future vehicles with Ben and his team. Heck, he even delivered my last truck all the way across the province! There were a couple of imperfections on the truck, Ben and Dana made it their mission to fix these things to make one happy customer.
