The Service Team at Applewood Nissan

The person doing my application did not disclose the things important to the loan and trade in of vehicle. They say contact us to make it right. Well I did with no reply at all. Thry clearly know they did wrong by me and have done nothing to correct it. I told them I can't find something in the paperwork. No help tring to find it. Was told I was a Rockstar instead of helping me understand why I can't see trade in value on paoer work. I asked about the trade in many times only to be pushed in other direction everytime I asked. I emailed the owner with no reply . Then they tell me they will block my number cause I am angry over them not doing there job. The car also is missing features that is said it had and does ot now thst it showed up. Very unclear when they talk to you. Make sure u understand exactly what is going on before you sign anything. I trusted the wrong person there and got screwed over royaly . Becareful here thanks

Sales team always their to answer any queries. Polite and patience staff and plus they work in team. By my expérience from Applewood, will reccomend, to go for Applewood Nissan.
