All the staff that I dealt with at the dealership were excellent. Especially Kevin Greenridge and Eric Almeida who were very friendly and knowledageable and very positive attitude towards his customers.

I want to start by saying I'm satisfied with the overall service.
My biggest disappointment not having my needs not met.
Right from the beginning I told Kevin Greenidge and Johnny Younes the importance to meet my budget but the deal breaker was to get the 90 days terms respected.
The reason it was so important to get the 90 Days terms is because I received a monthly allowance from the company I worked for. The 90 days will fall right on the date the new payment will start.
I was willing to upfront one payment but now with the 90 days terms not being respected I need to upfront an additional $600 out of my pocket.
All of this could have been avoided if someone would had take a minute to give me a courtesy call and explain the situation. I would probably wait another month to make sure my needs are being met.
My Dad convinces me to buy from Dilawri has I was about to buy from one of your competitors.
At this point I feel I was just another customer who made a deal to meet your monthly bonus!!
