Great Customer Service

Hi, Eric offered great customer service. We communicated through email as this was my preference. When I made an appointment to meet Eric in person, he greeted me at the front door, was friendly and was respectful with my time constraint. He listened to my needs and was able to meet my terms. We closed the deal in an hour.
