Unlike other dealers in Ottawa/Gatineau, Hyundai on Hunt Club was willing to honor their advertisements, give honest answers without being forced to, and was willing to negotiate to reach a deal good to both parties. Imagine: professionals!
Did not feel the typical "high pressure" sales pitch you would associate with car sales.
Tran was a very pleasant individual to deal with. He never tried to pressure us into a sale nor did he try to "up sell" us into something we didn't want. Tran was very accomodating, listened to our needs and spent lots of time with us to ensure we were happy with our decision.
We ended up dealing with someone else.
We really could not understand his accent on the phone
We wanted a specfic car and he could not find it. The other sales person meet our needs.
