Throughout the process of selecting and purchasing my vehichle, Tran listened actively to my needs, was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and options, and was extremely patient while I weighed my decision. He also helped me to end my lease with another dealership by answering a number of questions I had and he pointed me to service providers in the city that could assist with various maintenance requirements for my old vehichle. Over-the-top service is the only way to describe how helpful Tran was on the day that I was picking up my new vehicle. He arranged transportation for me from the old dealership and even to the bank. I ran into several challenges with the former dealership and by the end of the day I was quite frazzled. Tran helped through everything including charging my phone! I have recommended Hyundai on Hunt Club to friends based on the incredible service that I received.

Tran was wonderful. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and safe with my decision, but he made certain of how much I loved the vehicle, and just the fact he cared enough about that, shows how great of a salesman he is. Sometimes in sales it's hard to sell a product you don't believe in, but the knowledge and the passion he had about the vehicle I was purchasing, basically made my decision. Tran and the management team made sure I did not leave the dealership without a vehicle that I felt comfortable purchasing financially, and a vehicle I was in love with, and they succeeded. I love my beautiful little black car :)

I got a great price on my trade-in and I'm still very happy with the price I paid on my new elantra. Too bad manual transmission and fully loaded aren't an option though. Overall I'm very satisfied
