I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Kona for my daughter and a Tucson for my wife. A random internet inquiry connected me with Vince at Hyundai on Hunt Club. Well, I could not have selected better in person myself. It turned out to be a great shopping experience as Vince provided us with all the details specific to the vehicles we felt best to meet our short list. He is personable and patient. At no time were any high pressure tactics employed as he helped us in our shopping experience. I am a difficult and a demanding shopper wary of the automotive industry as I have had bad experiences in the past but not this time. My fears were put at ease. In fact, all the staff we encountered at this dealer were polite and helpful.
I highly recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club as a great place to purchase a vehicle and Vince as a go to sales person in helping out with your vehicle purchase.
Got sold a car on Tuesday and drove it home on Monday.
The process was extremely fast. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and it was quickly narrowed down for me by their extremely helpful staff. Put me in a tenfold better vehicle for what I was originally thinking of for the same price. Cleaned the car, topped up on the all the fluids. Though I didn't accept it, they offered to set up my phone with apps necessary to access the full potential of my vehicle. Really quick process all around.
Our experience with Vince was wonderful. He is a great sales rep and extremely knowledgeable regarding all of Hyundai’s vehicles and services. We are looking forwarded to working with Vince in the near future.
Normally, we would take the first car that we looked at. This time, we looked at several cars, the Elantra being the last one we looked at. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. The sales rep, Vince, was personable and knowledgeable and he listened to what we were saying. I appreciate that a lot, and he gained my respect immediately. We felt comfortable with whta we were getting into.
Both my parents and I bought the same car from the same dealer ship, we later learned our cars were sold to us way over priced for a used vehicle, my car was not cleaned upon recieving it. My parents spare parts they bought have bin taking forever to recieve & they feel as if they have bin misstreated everytime they come to pick up these spare parts. I felt a was rushed during my paper work and was not told in proper detail about some of my paper work (ex; protection plans,how much they where going to cost me) I am not happy with this dealer ship I will never come back and I will make sure non of my friends, family, co workers, clients or peers will ever come to this dealer ship. I was warned by family that you guys where not the best but I didnt listen and I wish I did. I will do everything in my power to be sure no one I know makes the same mistake my parents and I made. You guys made me feel as if I was recieving a great deal and once paper work had bin signed I felt my questions were not important and I felt my needs where no longer met I started to recieve more excuses then service.
