It was my first time buying a car , used , and Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with . He was very helpful , and the entire staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
When I picked up my new Tuson, the windows were NOT cleaned, and the window oustside trim on both passenger and driver side are installed correctly. I will be coming in have this looked at when I bring in my winter tires to have them installed.
I bought a used car and had mentioned that there was sound coming on hitting a bump or hitting brakes but the sales person said there is no such sound. The response of the sales person could have been more appropriate if he would have asked someone to look into it. On the day of delivery, the car was not cleaned from the inside. Its only when I asked to open the hood and found how dirty it was from inside, they decided to clean it up. The part I didn't like the most was when on agreeing on a car within the matter of 1 hour, I was told it was no longer available and someone else bought it. I ended up buying another car.
