I wish I could leave a 5 star review but I didn’t have the experience I was hoping for considering I waited well over a year for the vehicle but instead I was treated like I didn’t matter it wasn’t until a different sales person stepped in and saved the sale. If it wasn’t for her I would have walked out. The finance guy and the insurance guy were awesome. I also tried to reach out to the manage to try to resolve the issue about my experience and give him a chance to make things right but he didn’t seem to care. I guess I’ll have to voice my concerns to Kia Canada.
-put down a deposit on a vehicle, being told it would arrive in 5 weeks.amd was given a printed quote for MSRP.
-vehicle arrived 16 weeks later, told me price has gone up by $5000 because of a market adjustment fee.
-tried to negotiate, and I was met with little to no empathy that I waited 3 months to be told about the extra 5k, not a single, "I understand" or "I'm sorry"
-took back my deposit after almost buying the vehicle and getting ripped off.
-Salesman sends me a message and tells me they actually wanted me to cancel (i have proof and a screensho) and that they had multiple back up deals on that exact car and they sold it for $68,000 (way to treat your customers!) Some idiot actually paid 15K over asking for a KIA?
-salesman also tells me, I should have bought it and flipped it myself....(yes, because I am in the business of ripping people off, of their hard earned money)
Horrible staff, horrible business practice, I will tell everyone to forever avoid Applewood KIA Langley. These salesmen are profit hungry and will lie and cheat for an extra dollar.
The team was very helpful and respectful. I will get my next car from here. Chris and Jake were both wonderful to deal with. Overall I am very satisfied and happy
