Great Experience!

Daniel, the salesman I dealt with, was very easy to deal with and very knowledgable. I felt no pressure at all and when the deal came together I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Applewood Kia and Daniel to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Used car inspection

We bought one of your used cars on a rainy day. On that day we noticed that there was a film on the windshield that made it hard to look through even though the wipers were working well. We also noticed on the used car inspection list that a $40 window treatment was done. We mentioned this to our salesman and he assured us that the treatment would be redone and that the difference between a good treatment and a bad treatment was about 25 minutes. After owing the car for several days, and while driving home on a rainy night, it was extremely difficult to see through the windshield. The next day, I spent a quick 5 minutes treating the windshield myself. WOW what a difference. It makes me think that either the treatment was not done at all at the dealer or else they are using a produce that is no good. It makes me wonder what else on the inspection form was not done??!? Other than that, the car runs fine, and we are satisfied with the experience.

Staff was very misleading in information re pricing and specs on new car

We were already trading in a 2018 that for whatever reason KIA could not seem to get to the root of the 2 issues we had with it. We told the sales people we were not there to play games - just the facts. This is not the experience we had - I told them no surprises and every time we turned around there was another one. All we asked for was the breakdown and exact pricing and trade in value etc. Also, they need to be alot more educated on the options in the car. Our 2018 has handsfree calling. Apparently in the 2021 we have to plug our phones in to use this option. The whole world is wireless so this makes no sense. All around a very unpleasant experience that I will not hesitate to share

Very Satisfied with experience.

Accomodating and time efficient service. Friendly and attentive staff. Better communication would have been appreciated re. AVP, as well as an opportunity to consent to AVP.
