To date I have had a career in the car business that spans 20 years, and 13 years of that time has been spent with Moncton Honda. I still enjoy every day.
For the past 13 years in a row I have achieved a place within the Honda Council of Sales Leadership, which is awarded for high customer satisfaction, completing all Honda training, and achieving a high number of total sales.
For the past three years I have also been the top sales person for Honda in all of Atlantic Canada.
What I love about the car business is that since I am a true “people person”, my career allows me to meet and get to know so many interesting people.
I was a part time firefighter years ago and if I couldn’t be in the car business that would have been a job I would have loved to do as well.
I am a very lucky family man who is happily married with a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful kids. We have a small Havanese dog that definitely adds to our lives as well.
I love working out, and I do weights and cardio several days a week. I also started playing music last year (percussion mostly) and I find it is an amazing and enjoyable hobby.
I am completely bi-lingual and look forward to serving you in either French or English as you prefer.

Normand was a pleasure to work with for my first car purchase.
I had originally planned on buying a used vehicle. Hondas have always been what my family has driven, so I was looking at getting a 2012-2013 Honda Civic. Eventually I decided I wanted new instead because I'm not particularly car savvy, and I wanted the security of having a warranty and knowing I could go to the dealership for help. I was nervous about sitting down with a car salesman because of the stereotypes about them being conniving, but Normand was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and respectful. He never tried to pressure me into a vehicle I wasn't interested in, and when I told him I wasn't interested in the extra features he offered, he understood and respected that. I'm very pleased with my experience with Normand and Moncton Honda and love my new car.

I went to a neighbouring city in order to get Moncton Honda to sell me a CRV at the lowest possible price. With some friendly negotiating, Norm was able to give me a better price and get the colour I wanted and trim level. I was even lucky enough to win an extra $300 off on any extra accessory I wanted to add on the vehicle and because we financed are 2016 Accord, we also received an additional $800 discount for loyalty.
Our Sales Associate, Normand Ward, was very helpful and professional. He went over and above and communicated with us evenings and weekends on his personal time. Normand is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable in making a decision.
