Bought a 2017 FIAT from this place. The car has issues, I work for a reputable dealership that confirmed these issues and have no problem providing proof. They refuse too work with me unless there mechanics look at it which requires them too take my car, drive it too a completely different province, put wear and tear on my vehicle, put 400 km on my car, plus they can't even get the parts too begin with as they are back ordered and have no idea when they can get them, yet I can get them from an aftermarket FIAT website in Texas, but they will only buy from a local parts place or the dodge dealer. This dealership likes to make customer lives difficult. This dealership doesn't care about anyone but themselves

Of course we would want to look at the vehicle again in our shop to be sure the repair you are saying is required is indeed required. We offered to travel to get the vehicle from you and return the vehicle the same day and repair if necessary all at no cost. Unfortunately you do not wish to abide by the in house warranty guidelines that we offer on our Used vehicles however the offer still stands on our end. Dealing with Sandra to purchase a new CRV was the best experience! Making sure we got what we wanted, giving us all the details and best deals she could!

Maxime is a wonderful salesman to deal with and worked with me within my budget as I am a senior on a fixed income. The only thing I could be very happy with would be to have new winter tires in my package as well. It was a hassle free, no BS purchase compared to other Honda dealerships. The came through with what was promised. Matt was a great salesman and I have already suggested his name to others for possible purchases!
