My experience was good but when I told my salesman that I wanted the best deal offered right up front he didn't and we had to dicker with the deal which almost lead me to buy a truck somewhere else.
Had the customer shuttle service drive me to work and pick me up to come get my car later in the day which is very helpful. Purchased a package for oil changes which will allow me to save money in the end.
