This is my third Honda. The sales team was respectfulness wiling to discuss all aspects of the vehicle, and pricing options. I've tried several other car manufacturers, but I keep coming back to Honda.
I received amazing service from the moment I walked through the doors! I am a first time customer to Moncton Honda but will most definitely be returning.
We purchased out car and it had two keys.....realized two hrs after purchasing that neither key was for the trunk. One key was ignition and passenger door...the other key was for drivers door....had to wait a week to get into the service dept. They were going to rekey the trunk and give us another key....so we would end up with three keys for one car....was not very impressed with this all.....after lots of discussion they ended up rekeying the ignition and all the locks so that we only have one key.....had to argue somewhat to get this done.....was not happy at all....after paying the amount we did for the car and the length of time to get this straightened out.

I hope you're enjoying your Honda Civic! Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. I am very familiar with this issue as I was involved in the end to authorize the re-keying of the entire vehicle.
I know when we last talked all seemed to be good so I just wanted to let you know that I have taken action and changed our check over process for used vehicles. In the past vehicles with trunk releases located inside the vehicle did not necessarily have the actual lock on the trunk checked, we would only check to make sure the trunk would open and close. Because of your case we have changed the process so that the trunk locks are to be checked on every vehicle including those equipped with a trunk release. We have also made a change to ensure that any key except the valet key should function in every lock on the vehicle.
We had never run into this issue in the past so I want to apologize for not being prepared or aware of it. I also want to thank you for your patience through the whole process. If there is anyting else I can help you with you know where to find me!
