Shorty was great at communicating and getting me into the vehicle I wanted. He went over everything extensively (the rundown of the vehicle, setting up onstar, figuring out my insurance and the financial breakdown). He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything before I left the lot.
My husband and I just purchased a new vehicle from Gan Chev and Larry was absolutely wonderful. He not only made us feel comfortable but he involved our 4 year old son in the experience by having the idea for him to put the sold sign in the window. It was an all around great experience. Larry went out of his way multiple times to be attentive and respectful to our family. We will definitely be going back in the future!
